The Minister of Education criticised that the camps\u2019 evictions stood at \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe centre of media attention. The successful integration of Rroma in the education \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tshould stand at the centre of public interest. The equal and egalitarian access \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tto education is the crucial first step towards integration of Rroma: \u201cL&#8217;\u00e9cole pour tous n&#8217;est pas un credo d\u00e9magogique, mais une expression du \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tprincipe d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 sur lequel repose notre d\u00e9mocratie. Il est difficile de \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\trompre avec des d\u00e9cennies, voire des si\u00e8cles d&#8217;indiff\u00e9rence et d&#8217;exclusion \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tvis-\u00e0-vis des familles Roms. Il s&#8217;agit n\u00e9anmoins d&#8217;une obligation pour notre \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tgouvernement, qui assume en la mati\u00e8re une politique courageuse et \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tvolontariste, tendant notamment \u00e0 assurer l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9cole \u00e0 des enfants en \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tgrande pr\u00e9carit\u00e9\u201d [School for everyone is not a demagogical credo, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbut the expression of the equality principle on which our democracy is built. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is difficult to break from decades, or even centuries of exclusions of Rroma \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfamilies.
