Through various forms of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tartistic expression themes such as the relationship of norm and variance, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmajority and minority, internal and external representation, adaptation and self-decisions \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tare treated. Overviews of the life of various Rroma provide an insight into the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tquestion of what it means, at the beginning of the 21st Century to be Rrom in \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEurope. Current political debates such as the begging ban in western \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSwitzerland, or interdictions to be in certain places are discussed, but also \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe questions on counter-strategies against exclusion and discrimination will \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbe treated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Source: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verein Sedhalle (2013) \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDie Schweiz ist keine Insel.
