Six years \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\thave passed since a series of attacks against the minority. It took the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHungarian state that long to compensate the families of the six murdered \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tvictims. They will receive 7,500 Euros per family. It follows a detailed \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tchronology of the murders and their cover-up by the authorities, with a clear accusation \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof racial prejudice among the Hungarian police. Pester Lloyd states: <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cDespite grandiose assertions by missionary driven \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tminister Balog \u2013 nothing relevant has changed about the situation of the Roma, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ttheir impoverishment, exclusion and paternalism and certainly nothing about \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ttheir rejection by the majority population. The \u201cNational Rroma Strategy\u201d has \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talways been and remains to this day, a supervisory program without self-determined \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tperspective, the Roma have been and continue to be treated as a foreign body to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe nation, even more so in today\u2019s enforced nationalist interpretation of the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMagyars\u201d. <\/em>The ground for pogroms against the Rroma is said to have remained \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe same since the series of attacks and even to be better organized and financed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pester \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLloyd (2014) Bis zum n\u00e4chsten Pogrom?
