According to the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tnew decision, the residents of the local Rroma ghetto are induced to move away  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfrom the city into social housing in the periphery with a bonus of 1.5 to 2  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmillion forints: \u201cCondition [for the emigration bonus]: the receivers are not  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsupposed to sell the newly acquired residence for five years. How they plan to  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdeal with the case of people, who, for whatever reason, decide to return to  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMiskolc, something that cannot be forbidden, the city council remains silent  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tabout. Emigration bonuses by mayors have been seen in previous years, they  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcaused a kind of bonus tourism and had additionally the effect of increasing  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tconflicts due to the influx of strangers to local communities that previously  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\thad a lower proportion of Roma. Representatives of NGOs and Roma associations protested  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfiercely against the decision of the Fidesz-dominated city council. In the boardroom  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof the town hall, posters were displayed with the slogans \u201cDon\u2019t vote for  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdeportation!\u201d and \u201cThere will always be poor people!\u201d The new policy of the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHungarian city of Miskolc recalls the attempts of former French president,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNicolas Sarkozy, to force immigrants to return their home countries by the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdistribution of a return bonus.
