Kolat worked together with several research groups in recent \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmonths to define steps for a successful integration of immigrant Rroma. Among \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe recommended measures one finds tenant counselling, promoting enrolment of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRroma children in school, prevention of violence and the psychological support for \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tprostitutes. The action plan will very likely not be implemented due to lack of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfunds. Schupelius criticized the months of work of the working groups under \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tKolat, whose catalogue of measures, being obvious, does not justifythe required \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tresearch time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">RBB (2013) reports on the planned shelter for 22 Rroma \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfamilies in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Integration \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdoes not happen overnight. The immigrants are often members of Gurbets group who \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tis be particularly discriminated against in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Steeger (2013) gives information on a Rroma celebration \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tin Neuk\u00f6lln. The \u201cHerdelezi\u201d, a festival in honour of Saint George and the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tpatron saint of Rroma, was celebrated with lots of music and enthusiasm. It was \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\torganized by the youth organization Foro Amaro, an organisation where Rroma and \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGadje are working together and committed to a tolerant, non-racist society.
