According to the article, a big part of the aid money will be used to  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbuild facilities of the public housing program, which is aiming to improve the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tconditions of Rroma living in countryside, often under precarious hygienic  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tconditions. From the viewpoint of the state of Liechtenstein, the housing  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tprogram will also help to decrease migration movements to Western Europe, which  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tare caused by social-economic hardships.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The educational program of the foundation  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u201cKinderdorf Pestalozzi\u201d is currently enabling around 5\u2019000 Rroma children in  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSerbia and Macedonia to get a regular school education.
