The house has been the cause for discussions several times already:  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<em>\u201cThe multi-family house has been the cause  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfor conflicts in Geneva for years. The owners want to demolish the building,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twhich is referred to by opponents as the \u201ceyesore\u201d. The building has even been  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tvilified by the foundation for elderly and social housing (Flpai), whose director  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdid not hesitate to let it brick up, as it was still inhabited in 2007.\u201d<\/em> In  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe public perception, Rroma live almost exclusively in slums or squats. The  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tarticles cited here reinforce this idea.
