Around 500,000 Rroma, some estimates put the number  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsignificantly higher, fell victim of the genocide of the fascist regime.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGermany discussed this year in details the possible consequences of the \u201cPoverty  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\timmigration\u201d from South Eastern Europe, and the Rroma were at the centre of the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tdebate. A lot of non-objective and polemical statements were made about them but  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe historical guilt of Germany towards Rroma was rarely addressed: <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201c&#8221;It is a humanitarian imperative that  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twe never forget this genocide,&#8221; said the President of the Bundesrat, Lower  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSaxony&#8217;s Prime Minister Stephan Weil (SPD), on Thursday in the Bundesrat in  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBerlin. It was the &#8220;collective failure of an entire generation.&#8221; The  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBundesrat remebers every year the so-called Auschwitz Decree by the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tReichsf\u00fchrer-SS, Heinrich Himmler.
