The members of the Organization \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfor Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), led by Switzerland and the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCouncil of Europe, met for a conference on human trafficking in Vienna. Rroma were \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsaid to be particularly affected by human trafficking. An expert group analysed \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe situation in 30 countries ahead of the conference. How the statement about \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRroma is to be understood in details, is not explained any further in this \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tarticle. However, it is important to negate the idea that Rroma primarily \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tenslave other Rroma and that prostitutes are automatically victims of human \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ttrafficking. The fact that prostitution regularly happens out of poverty is \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\toften neglected. Simonetta Somaruga stated: \u201cWe \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tshould never look away from human trafficking, which is not limited to the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tproblem of prostitution alone, said Simonetta Sommaruga, minister of justice of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSwitzerland.
