A total of 180 police officers stormed the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfour settlements with the aim to uncover a pimp network. Fourteen people were  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tarrested and are now being interrogated. The police of Grenoble had collected  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tevidence against the human traffickers and pimps for several months. Far from  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twanting to trivialize real human trafficking, the equation of prostitution with  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\thuman trafficking must be called into question. Prostitution happens often out  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof poverty and is not always equal to the result of modern slavery. In  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tparticular, the idea of hierarchical Rroma clans, who force their wives into  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tprostitution, has to be strongly questioned.
