Exponents of the Lausanne liberal  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tparty, represented by Henri Klunge, are concerned about the enrolment of Rroma  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tchildren in local schools. Reason for the dispute: the integration of the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tchildren is said to encourage their parents to beg. Klunge criticises: <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cIn his text, Henri Klunge questions the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcoherence of the Lausanne policy towards the Rroma. On one hand, the policy  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tprohibits the residence of Rroma in Pr\u00e9s-de-Vidys, where their temporary accommodations  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twere destroyed, on the other hand, it allowed them to settle down in an unused  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbuilding in the north of Lausanne.\u201d <\/em>Tosato Oscar, councillor of Lausanne, qualifies  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe criticism of Klunge. The enrolment of children has no connection with the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tban of begging in Lausanne, but relies on the international children\u2019s rights.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn addition, the enrolment of the children doesn\u2019t come at the expense of Lausanne\u2019s  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ttaxpayers. The dispute over the enrolment of four Rroma children shows the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tstrength of the prejudices that hold against the minority.
