This is the result of the recent census in which the<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111imurje municipality of Orehovica has become the first local self-government unit in which the Roma minority exceeded 33 percent of the population which is a prerequisite for bilingualism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of all the national minorities, only Roma recorded growth, and that by some six percent.
