On the occasion of the European  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCouncil elections, the party produced a commercial that openly and with  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tone-sided, emotional means, presents propaganda against the Rroma. The complaint  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\treads, among others: <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cIn the movie,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tpictures of streets and residential areas that are littered, of aggressive  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tpeople and of a man in the street with a large knife, this with superimposed  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tslogans like \u201cquickly identify asylum fraudsters\u201d and \u201cseethe with anger, let  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tit out\u201d, are complemented with a rap song, in which the repeated refrain \u201clike  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ta gypsy\u201d (as a gipsy ) is highlighted\u201d<\/em> (Pulikative.org 2014). The Central  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCouncil decidedly denies that the campaign video can be classified under the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcategory of freedom of the press or freedom of expression. Rather, the video  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\texplicitly agitates against the Rroma, by portraying the minority sweepingly as  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbenefit scroungers and criminals. This is contrary to the principles of German  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tlaw and therefore must be decidedly condemned. This assessment is fully to be agreed  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twith. To campaign at the expense of a minority that has been marginalized for  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcenturies, can only be described as a shameless and foolish (compare PRO NRW SPOT Europawahl 2014, Ruhrbarone 2014).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publikative.org (2014) Zentralrat der Sinti und Roma zeigt Pro NRW an.
