In the past two years, the reporting office has documented a total of 372 incidents &#8211; the highest number of cases since the start of the project. The number of unreported cases is likely to be significantly higher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In one such case, a woman reported that an examiner from the job centre asked why her child was not in school.
