Representative of the \u010crnomalj Roma Zvonko Golobi\u010d also warns of overly strict measures regarding social assistance. &#8220;These could plunge the Roma into even greater poverty,&#8221; he believes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">President of the Slovenian Roma Association Jo\u017eek Horvat Muc agrees with the adoption of measures that prevent crime and the actions that led to the law in the first place. However, he warns that the law must be drafted in such a way that the measures envisaged in it will not be constitutionally controversial, which some lawyers warn about. &#8220;Therefore, the government should submit some of the proposed measures to lawyers for review and obtain an opinion on whether they are in accordance with the constitution and legal norms,&#8221; \u200b\u200bhe told STA.
