The European Court in Strasbourg stated that the police should have investigated these acts, especially in view of their extreme nature (and the events in Hungary).<\/p>\n<p>The events occurred in the village of Gy\u00f6ngy\u00f6spata in North Eastern Hungary.<\/p>\n<p>GOOD!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Failure to investigate Roma woman\u2019s allegations of racial abuse from right-wing paramilitary violated article 8, rules Strasbourg.
