The event, prepared by the Pontis Foundation, called the Roma a chance for the labour market in the regions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are confronted with a growing demand for employing Roma from excluded communities, due to the lack of low-skilled labour in the market&#8221; said Pontis Foundation program manager Be\u00e1ta Fekia\u010dov\u00e1.
