This is no longer the case. Evictions continue, and the problem is \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbeing shifted from one community to the next. It is as if, one can argue, that \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe authorities want to maximise the exposure of the general population to poor \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmigrants, guaranteeing an increased racism.
