Many newspapers reported \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tabout the racist demand of Borgaro Torinese\u2019s mayor, a municipality neighbouring \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTurin. He asked for to transport Rroma in segregated buses. The focus of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tattention is on bus line 69, which runs along the outskirts of Turin, among \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tothers also along a large Rroma settlement. About 80 percent are<\/em> convinced \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthat they live voluntarily separated in miserable camps, because they want to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbe \u201camong themselves\u201d.<\/em> Therefore it \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tis not surprising that even the stereotype of Gypsies stealing children is \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tstill alive in Italy.
