Thus state aid \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmeasures for the Rroma are perceived as unfair advantage of foreign nationals \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twho are <em style=\"font-family: Arial; \">\u201cseating themselves at already to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsmall tables\u201d<\/em>.
