Because  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof the lack of understanding about missing empathy for the members of the victims  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfamily, an anonymous donor from Frankfurt donated a sumptuous tomb for the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tslain Rroma. In addition, at the urging of civil rights activists, the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHungarian official investigation has announced new investigations into the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twhereabouts of accomplices involved in the killings which have still not been arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Koob (2013)  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tgives a chronology of the practiced exclusion and discrimination against Rroma  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tin Hungary. He notes that many Rroma leave Hungary or already left because of the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsituation there since the arrival of the Fidesz Party to power has deteriorated  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmassively. Many Rroma in Hungary are still being segregated and have to  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tovercome serious obstacles in accessing the labour market and education. The  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tminority protection laws are often reinterpreted through the judicial  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\trepression of Rroma and the implementation of European Rroma strategy is exploited  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tto exclude Rroma from government subsidies: <em>\u201cFor  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe 13 recognised Hungarian minorities, an extreme discrimination, whose  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tstandards are constantly shifting, is normality. This is supported by several  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tjudgments in which Roma were sentenced for violence against &#8220;ethnic  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHungarians&#8221;, and with reference to the laws established to protect  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tminorities, the so-called hate crime legislation. Another example are Fidesz\u2019  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tmagnificent inclusion promises on the national implementation of the European  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRoma framework strategy besides a tremendous forced labour regime and in the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcontext of harsh sanctions countless Roma as non-Roma who are excluded from any  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tgovernment support.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Koob, Andreas (2013) Deklassiert und verhasst.
