The occasion \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tis the announcement of a panel discussion of the party, to which it wanted to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tinvite Heinz Buschkowsky, Thilo Sarrazin and Romani Rose to discuss the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\timmigration of \u201ccriminal East Europeans\u201d. Rose never agreed to his \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tparticipation in such discussions and forbids himself any contact with the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tright-wing party, which is why the Central Council has filed a lawsuit: <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cThe Central Council filed complaint because \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfor harassment to the public prosecutor against the Berlin state chief [of the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNPD], Sebastian Schmidtke, who signed the letter. With the public promotion of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe alleged discussion, the NPD untruthfully conveyed the impression that there \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tis actually a contact between the Party and the Central Council, the complaint \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\treads. This suggests the assumption that Rose was actually ready to discuss with \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe NPD on their racist slogans, which is absolutely not the case.\u201d <\/em>Gensing \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tinterprets the action of the party as an attempt to catch media attention, so \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfar without success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Schmidt (2014) reports a \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfurther complaint against the NPD by a German Sintiza. In W\u00fcrzburg, on numerous \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tlocations one could find posters with the slogan \u201cMoney for grandma instead of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tfor the Sinti and Roma\u201d. The Sintiza Perla S. filed a complaint on demagoguery. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn W\u00fcrzburg, the posters were then removed, but not because of a verdict of the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcourts. Several administrative courts on the contrary approved the posters, on \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthe grounds that they do not openly incite discrimination against Sinti and Rroma. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPerla S. contradicts this decidedly. The racism against the minority is still widespread: \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<em>\u201cPerla S. [&#8230;] knows what discrimination \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tis. \u201cAlready in school I was treated with hostility\u201d, she says, \u201cHitler forgot \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tto gas you, the children said to me.\u201d This hurt the Sintiza.
