The brochure explains \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tpeople in precarious financial situations their rights: if they are entitled to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbenefits from the state, if they can be fined by the police for begging or if \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthey a license as a street musician. The booklet is written in both French and \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRomanian as well as in pictograms, to reach people who struggle reading. The \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbrochure has now been attacked by the SVP-Geneva. The right-wing conservative \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tparty sees the publication as an invitation for socially vulnerable people to \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcome to Switzerland.
