The mother was pregnant, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\thad a miscarriage and was subsequently not properly treated due to lack of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\thealth insurance. Only on the third attempt did she get help. The husband earns \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ta modest income by finding and selling scrap iron.
