The  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcouncil passed judgment that the verdict of judge Erika Mucs from Gyula was  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tunethical. The judge concluded in lawsuit on the prohibition of the right-wing extremist  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tcitizens militia <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Szebb J\u00f6v\u0151\u00e9rt Polg\u00e1r\u0151r  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEgyes\u00fclet<\/em> (Civil Guard Association for a Better Future) that the term  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u201cGypsy crime\u201d is legitimate, as \u201ccriminals\u201d and \u201cgypsies\u201d cicrles would not coincide  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tbut strongly overlap. Lajos Makai, president of the Hungarian judicial council,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsubsequently started proceedings against Mucs. The investigation came to the conclusion  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthat Mucs\u2019 behaviour is unethical and that she broke the judges\u2019 moral code. The  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tlatter since she didn\u2019t evaluate the case she was handling objectively. Tunde  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHando from the national judicial council said in a statement that the  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tobjectivity of the judges must be comprehensible in speech and writing.
