The city has approximately  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t35% of Rroma. The photo report provides a counterpart to classical notions of  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\timpoverished Rroma, but simultaneously strengthens stereotype notions of Rroma  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tpalaces and unfair business practices: <em style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cMany  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof these Roma run large businesses, but they do not specify which ones. And  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twhen the mafia comes up in discussion, Costica Stancu, an affluent Roma, said \u201cMafia?  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhat Mafia? The money comes from work \u2013 no begging or other trades.\u201d In  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBuzescu, omerta \u2013 an old code of honour that emphasises silence \u2013 reigns.\u201d <\/em>Therefore,  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLeban\u2019s report cannot be called a success. What would be desirable is an  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tarticle about actually invisible Rroma that do not conform to one of the two  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\textremes and live a quiet and integrated life.
