He takes a statistic \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tabout the crimes committed by foreigners in 2012 offenses as an opportunity to advocate \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\ta rigorous segregation policy. The number of illegal migrants living in France \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRroma is already alarmingly high: 15,000, or perhaps three times as many. With \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tits radical planning policy, Vanneste is opposed to any forward-looking society \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tin which people of all backgrounds coexist peacefully with each other. Instead, \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\the argues flimsily for foreclosure policies. The fact that there is no culture \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof delinquency seems far from clear to him. Instead he criminalises people who \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tare affected by poverty and exclusion: \u201c<em style=\"\">Il y a 10% d\u2019immigr\u00e9s en France, et 18% d\u2019\u00e9trangers \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tparmi les d\u00e9tenus de nos prisons. Qu\u2019il y ait un lien entre ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\timmigration est une \u00e9vidence. Il y en a deux autres : il est n\u00e9cessaire de \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tlimiter l\u2019immigration au minimum et l\u2019on ne peut absolument pas compter sur \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tl\u2019Europe actuelle pour nous y aider<\/em>\u201d. <em>[There \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tare 10% of immigrants in France and 18% amongst the prison population.
