With \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tinternational coordination, a Rroma settlement in Craiova was raider by the \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tpolice, and the alleged instigators of this network were arrested. These people \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\thad an intricate knowledge of the Quebec apparently due to having been there on \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\torganized the crime trips. According to the Canadian investigators, some of \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tthose migrants only became criminal only after their arrival due to debt. Respondents \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsaid to have become delinquent because of poverty and because of social \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\texclusion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Rroma Contact Point would like to emphasize that while the existence \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tof criminal networks is not to deny, these have nothing to do with the Rroma identity \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tper se.
