Up to 64 million euros were handed out in seven years. 150 villages were helped. Improvement can be seen somewhere, but there are also villages where the aid system is failing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, frankly, this amounts to 61\u2019000 Euro per village and per year.
