In Vidin, in the North Western part of the country, the Rroma settlement, the Mahala, is hidden behind a wall. This is new, for a few years back, the wall and this segregation was not there. Yes, there was a Rroma Mahala \u2013 neighbourhood \u2013 as in the entire Balkan, exactly like there were Turkish, Armenian, Jewish, Bulgarian neighbourhoods in all Balkan cities. But not a wall. And not segregation. And certainly not for \u201csecurity\u201d as is being claimed by the municipality.<\/p>\n<p>This has to stop!!!!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vaksberg, Tatiana.
