The main topic of discussion was the question of how to break down prejudices and improve cooperation between Roma workers and employers in the region. &#8220;The Roma want to work, and entrepreneurs in the Moravian-Silesian Region are also in demand for workers, but there is still mistrust and discrimination that prevents greater integration.
