It wants to buy the portrait because it sees B\u00edl\u00e1 as an exceptional personality who has appealed to a wide audience with her art. The collection will last 60 days, and the aim is to raise 70,000 crowns. B\u00edl\u00e1 died on March 12 at the age of 64 in a Pilsen hospital.
