According to Inga Nomeikien\u0117, Advisor to the Employment Service&#8217;s Service Organization Department, one of the biggest challenges in finding employment is low education. &#8220;Approximately 30 percent of these clients have no primary education, and more than half have only primary or basic education. Illiteracy is common among older Roma.
