The case has been in court ever since. The appeal court effectively cleared the policemen in a controversial judgement staing that the testimonies of the victims were contradictory.<br \/>\nThe regional court of Ko\u0161ice cancelled the verdict from the appeal court and referred the case back to the lower court.<br \/>\nGood, let\u2019s hope this continues!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kauza policajnej \u0161ikany R\u00f3mov sa vracia na s\u00fad.
