In October 2014 , Rroma Foundation published a study about news coverage in newspapers in the German spoken part of Switzerland.

The study covers articles on Roma in Swiss German press over a period of 5 years, highlighting the common stereotypes, the inherent racism present in the press in Switzerland.

A press conference was held in Zurich and over 400 journalists who had written articles about Roma were invited, only 4 of them showed up.
