An analysis of why the “Third Way” – or the policies that Virginia Raggi, Rome’s mayor – has put in place have failed. The third way was meant to close the camps who were run by the state and NGOs and subject to a mafia racket, and to integrate the Roma with the help of EU funds.
Now, this is more pure expulsions.
