Roma in Ruse were reportedly offered around 300 euros per vote during the elections.
Their leader, Varban Varbanov, organized a protest to alert authorities about political pressure and threats he received from a local party representative.
Varbanov claims that intermediaries were pressuring him to influence the Roma community to vote for a specific presidential candidate pair in the upcoming elections.
